Finishing the Living Room

After pulling up the floor, taking the ceiling down to plaster, pulling down the paneling and removing wallpaper, we started to put the room back together.

We had to wash down the walls several times, and patch a lot of cracks in the plaster.

We used the same off-white as the rest of the first floor. 

The transformation became really apparent as the walls were painted.

We painted the ceiling Killz white and had an electrician install a beautiful ceiling fan

We also installed thin wood trim to finish the space.
